If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


Returns

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Please note:
Order cancellations are only accepted within 10 minutes after the order has been placed.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Items showing signs of use or damage not caused by us are not eligible for a refund.

Kindly include your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
Our team will then provide you with detailed return instructions.

⚠️ Important:
Return shipping costs are not covered by Barbara Faith Bags.
All returns must be sent to our distribution center in Asia.


Refunds

Inspection & Approval

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.

Processing Time

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company (posting may take some time)

  • Contact your bank, as processing times can vary

Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please contact us at:

Our team will guide you through the process.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the item.
Once the return is received and approved, the gift credit will be sent to you via email or mail.
